Dwaalspoor begeleidt Mary
From honest musical sketches to a quirky dreamy band sound. Different backgrounds come together and form into spherical and dynamic music with influences from, among other things, improvised music.
ABOUT
In het verborgen paradijsje van Tilburg is de band Dwaalspoor te vinden, bestaande uit Luca Wentink op zang en gitaar, Tuur Steeghs op piano en synths, Rosa van Geffen en op gitaar, Karsten Goyaarts op drums en Hein Stinesen op basgitaar.
Op 24 mei zijn zij te vinden bij Bühne als ondersteuning van de expositie van Mary Marrevee. Daar brengen ze eigen nummers en covers ten gehore. Zien we je daar?

Mary Marrevee makes portraits of jazz musicians of significance. She uses various materials for this; charcoal, ink, acrylic, watercolor paint.

Jump On The Jazzwagon plays easily digestible jazz music, from legendary jazz standards to popular pop classics topped with a pleasant jazz sauce. “Hey Jude,” “Drive My Car” and “Eleanor Rigby” by The Beatles, “Isn’t She Lovely,” “I Wish,” and “Don’t You Worry ‘Bout A Thing” by Stevie Wonder, and standards like “Sonnymoon For Two,” “The Creole Love Call” and “Bye Bye Blackbird.”
