Proef ‘Veerkracht’ tijdens de BredaPhoto Expo's
At Bühne you can literally taste BredaPhoto. Inspired by the theme of the festival, we specially created the dish ‘Resilience’: roasted corn soup with beurre noisette, popcorn, miso, chili and lime. A surprising combination of flavors that give your festival visit just that little bit extra. Move on and taste it for yourself!
ABOUT
Het thema van BredaPhoto is VEERKRACHT. Onder vuur en hitte toont ook maiis zijn veerkracht. Het is een sterk gewas dat onder alle omstandigheden kan overleven. In Latijns-Amerika eet men het om troost te vinden bij elkaar tijdens het eten van een gezamenlijk bereide showder. Hoe toepasselijk voor deze gelegenheid.
Bekijk dus tijdens het genieten van dit culinaire hoogstandje van onze expo's die gaan over Veerkracht & Troost.

EXPO: Papa & de Berg - Iris van Vliet

Papa and the Mountain Berg is a picture book about lung cancer and loss. The book was created from the experiences of different families dealing with lung cancer. It's inspired by the loss of Iris' father to lung cancer. The mountain-shaped book is made to make the conversation about loss, something you can’t ignore, easier for young and old.
